How to Login to Tenda Router?

Access your Tenda router’s administration panel by following these steps:

  1. Launch your preferred web browser on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Type http://192.168.0.1 or tendawifi.com in the address bar and press Enter.

  3. Enter the login information when the authentication page appears:
    Default Username: admin
    Default Password: admin
  4. Click “Login” or press Enter to access the router control panel.
  5. You will now have access to all Tenda router configuration options.

How to Change WiFi Password and SSID

Change WiFi Network Name (SSID)

Modify your Tenda wireless network name using these steps:

  1. Log into the Tenda router control panel using the method described above.
  2. Navigate to Wireless settings from the main menu.
  3. Locate the Network Name (SSID) field displaying your current network name.
  4. Enter your desired network name in the SSID field.
  5. Click Apply to save the configuration changes.
  6. Wait for the router to restart and apply the new network name.

Change WiFi Network Password

Update your Tenda wireless network security password:

  1. Access the router control panel through the login process.
  2. Go to Wireless settings in the main navigation menu.
  3. Verify that security encryption is set to WPA2-PSK for optimal protection.
  4. Find the WPA Pre-Shared Key field for password configuration.
  5. Enter your new WiFi password (8-63 characters including letters, numbers, and symbols).
  6. Click Apply to confirm and save the password changes.
  7. Reconnect all devices using the new WiFi password after router restart.

Forgot Login Password?

Recover access to your Tenda router when you’ve forgotten the admin password:

  • Check the router label on the back or bottom for default password information.
  • Look for a sticker containing login details on the device packaging.
  • Try common Tenda default combinations:
    Username: admin, Password: admin
    Username: admin, Password: (blank)
  • Perform a factory reset if custom passwords were set and forgotten.
