Forgot Login Password

Fritz Box routers use a unique administrator password printed on a label at the back of the device. This password consists of random upper-case letters, lower-case letters, and numbers that can be difficult to memorize.

Many users change this default password to something more memorable, but security experts recommend keeping strong, unique passwords for router administration. If you’ve forgotten your custom administrator password, you’ll need to perform a factory reset.

A factory reset restores all router settings to their original defaults, including the administrator password, WiFi settings, and network configurations.
