My.mobilehotspot WebUI Manager provides access to configure WiFi password, SSID, and default Verizon Airspeed Mobile Hotspot settings at http://my.mobilehotspot.

How to login to My.mobilehotspot

  1. Launch your web browser and navigate to http://my.mobilehotspot in the URL bar.
  2. Input the Login Password and click Login.

  3. Access will be granted to the Administrative Web Interface.

Note: The default Admin Password is the same as the Wi-Fi network password. You can view the Admin Password in the Wi-Fi Info section of your device.

How to change Verizon Mobile Hotspot WiFi SSID and Password?

  1. Access the Administrative Dashboard.
  2. Navigate through the sidebar menu to Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Basic Configuration.
  3. Input your desired Network Name in the Network Name(SSID) field.
  4. Type the WiFi Password in the Password field.
  5. Click Save to confirm modifications.

Users can modify both the Wi-Fi Network Identifier (SSID) and network passwords for individual frequency bands: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz connections.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

When experiencing difficulty accessing http://my.mobilehotspot, consider these troubleshooting steps:

  • Confirm your device maintains an active connection to the Verizon hotspot network
  • Ensure the mobile hotspot unit is operational with proper indicator lights
