My.mifi Admin Page allows you to manage WiFi settings and configure MiFi Mobile Hotspot options through http://my.mifi or http://192.168.1.1.
How to login to My.mifi?
- Open your web browser and type http://my.mifi or http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
- Click “Sign In” (located in the upper-right corner) and enter your Admin Password.
- Click “Sign In” to access your MiFi Admin interface.
Note: To locate your Admin Password, select “Help” from your MiFi device’s home screen, then choose “Admin Website” to display the password.
How to change MiFi Password and SSID?
Change WiFi Network Name (SSID):
- Sign in to the MiFi Admin Page using the steps above.
- Click the “ > ” arrow icon located under the WiFi section.
- Select the Primary Network tab.
- Enter your preferred network name in the Primary Network name (SSID) field.
- Click Save Changes to apply the new settings.
Change WiFi Password:
- Access the Primary Network tab following the steps above.
- Locate the Password field under network security settings.
- Enter your new WiFi password (minimum 8 characters recommended).
- Click Save Changes to confirm the password update.
These configuration steps apply to Inseego MiFi devices and carrier-branded models including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon 5G mobile hotspots.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you cannot access the my.mifi interface, try these solutions:
- Ensure your device is connected to the MiFi hotspot network
- Try both my.mifi and 192.168.1.1 addresses
- Delete cookies and browsing data, then retry
- Power off the device for 10 seconds, then restart
- Test with Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- Move closer to the MiFi device for better connection
