Accessing advanced router and WiFi network settings requires entering the Admin Password, which is printed on the back label of your BT Hub device.
How to Change BT Smart Hub WiFi Name and Password
- Access BT Hub Manager and select the Wireless option.
- Click the Change settings button and provide the admin password when prompted.
- Type your desired WiFi name in the Network Name field.
- Enter your new password in the Security password field.
- Click the Save button to implement the changes.

- Access the BT Hub Manager using the login method described above.
- From the main dashboard, click on Advanced Settings.
- Select the System option from the menu.
- Enter the current Admin Password when the popup appears (check the Hub’s back label if unchanged).

- Enter your new password twice – it must be 5-20 characters long and is case-sensitive.
